salaisuus: Hi,
I'm trying to get the lastest Clan Quest Mod to work on my Bloodlines, but it's won't load. I tried a fresh install of the main game and installed the mod following the instructions given in PlanetVampire and it seemingly worked (it created the CQM folder etc in my Bloodlines folder), but the game still launches in it's vanilla version no matter from what shortcut I try to launch it - and it won't create a new one on my desktop like it says in the instructions it would.
So, what am I missing and doing wrong? I've been trying to google this for a few hours now and getting kind of frustrated. :D
ludgerarnold: Then you'll have to create and modify a shortcut yourself. First create a shortcut for /MYBLOODLINESDIRECTORY/vampire.exe and call it "Bloodlines Clan Quest" or whatever you like. Then rightclick the new shortcut and go to properties (last entry in the context menu). There you will find something like this: C:\Spiele\VtMB\Vampire.exe -game CQM
Actually you have to add the -game CQM, then launching the game with this shortcut will start Clan Quest Mod.
