This is a pretty great game; though the AI is terrible and characters will die a lot, if you micro-manage and switch between them to control their actions you should be alright. The basic gameplay is simple and fun, and customizing your abilities lets you take characters in any direction you want.
This is virtually the only dark, vampire-oriented RPG ever made, before games and movies started treating them as action heroes. That alone makes this game worth it, and at $6 and refitted for modern OS's, this is one of the best buys on this site.
