I cannot finish the game because the elevator leading to Lacroix never comes down. I have done everything I can short of uninstalling the game and reinstalling. I am trying to avoid that since it is almost impossible to find good WiFi and where I live does not allow WiFi. I am using patch 10.6 (I think-not on my computer right now) on Windows 10 64bit. Not sure of other aspects. This is the 4th bug I have found in the latest patch and second major bug that directly affects quests/gameplay. The others are minor that can be fixed restarting the game (sometimes several times).
