I tried to play this game again after I didn't touch it for month and wanted to pick it up where I last saved the game.

For some reason I can not look up or down, only left and right.. making it very difficult or impossible to hit an elevator button for example. This also happens on a new game!

The second weird thing is that I saw a large square with T's on it at Jeanette's place. I never saw this before in
the chamber. I assume that's a missing texture, or missing object.

I don't know what's going on. I'd like to be able to use my camera again at least.

Did any updates take place in the time I was gone? Any tips welcome.

There was an update in March 19, IIRC, to 10.2 Basic, so if you are using Galaxy that may have mess it up.

So I can't play the game through Galaxy anymore?

Do you know if others also have this camera issue?

You can play it with Galaxy, but you have to disable auto-update.

The camera issue is new to me and I doubt it was caused by the auto-update.
As a start, check the options if you have mouse-view activated. If it is activated I can only guess there is a problem with your mouse.

Damn.. yes turns out it was 'mouse look' under the 'Mouse' tab in Options. This is the solution, thanks!

I didn't even know there were checkboxes for these. Why would it just turn itself off ?
There is a ps2 controller plugged into my computer, but I don't know if this is what's caused it...
I wish I could play bloodlines with the controller though.

Remember to roll-back to the version you started your game on and keep auto-updates OFF.
