I have the boxed CD version of VTMB and have a couple of questions regarding the unofficial patch. Does the unofficial patch come with a no CD patch and if not, will it still work if I use one? Thanks.

The UP includes a fixed exe as the original CD protection is not supported in Windows anymore.
