I finished the game quite a few times, after my recent nostalgia crush. I tried both normal and plus patch and i was wondering...

a. Did enemies became stupid on purpose? Sometimes they cannot detect you, even when you are crouched right next to them (without many points in stealth feat), or when they face you straight away, from a medium distance. Usually, they would start shooting even when they were far away and not directly facing at your direction, in the old vanilla and 1.2, game versions... Were they tweaked or something, like the Zombies Rising mission or something?

b. Also, Blood Boil used to do a big score on the big guys... Now it barely scratches them. Was it nerfed?

c. Is this correcting the items to what they should have been, by lowering their requirements? Such as the shooting manual getting a 9 instead of 10, feat prerequisite? Or it was made with "making it easier on the player", or something along those lines?

d. In Santa Monica Dinner, if i did exactly what i used to in old game (directly walking towards phone, then getting attacked, then killing everyone, answering the phone and exiting), i got masquerade and criminal violation and while outside, bunch of cops attack me. But if i speak to the thugs and provoke them through dialogue, then attack them, answer phone and exit, all is good. Is this intentional? Should player talk to them at all times?

e. Lacroix won't give me the keys for Downtown haven, even if i lick his boots and am servile as a lapdog; when my player is Nosferatu or Tremere. I think that he used to give those to Tremere and Nosferatu, in the old days... What happened here? And since you are forced to lose Galdjum (since you miss the haven), is there any other way to obtain it? Or sneak in there? Or anything?

f. About the Hollywood sewers, the part with monsters... The cave in. Is there any way i can unblock the second door of the T shaped corridor? I remember it was open and functional.

No, I don't think I ever thouched the AI behavior in the plus patc!. Might be just random issues...

Not that I remember. Some big enemies resist which formerly got stuck in their animations though.

This was made because for the highest book you would need less XP just to raise the stat itself!

No. Also on my system when I fight them regardless of what happened before, the police appears!

I think this was the same in the original game as you would otherwise miss the unique havens for Tremere and Nosferatu each with other bonus items.

I don't know what you mean. Can you describe this better or upload a screenshot somewhere?

There are two points down inside the sewers, in the parts filled with monsters, which both end up in an office, to the back of which is a ladder with an exit to Hollywood sewers main (without monsters). In old game, you could open both doors at the end of this T shaped hub. In the plus patch, the second office is full of debris and one of the ledgers even, mention sealing this part of sewers up (from human employees, due to casualties and deaths).

Ah, now I know what I mean. You can still exit the sewers, just jump over the barricade!
