Is this just junk meant to be sold?

I've been amassing it over my playthrough and haven't thought much of it... until last night when I hit an inventory limit. Now I have to get rid of the junk. Is this stuff just made to be sold?

Also, can I stash stuff like journals and pictures in my inventory at the haven? If it's quest related, is there a downside to doing this? While I'm at it, when the heck is my promised XXX photo of VV going to show up in my email? ;)

I think all of this except for one quest item can be sold. Yes, the chest in the Skyeline Appartments is there for exactly that reason.

That XXX poster is only PG-13.

VV gives you her photo and sends you an email, but you won't get a poster, because you already get that from Larry.

The antipregnancy dug was sold for 100 cash in the original, sorry, i don't remember its name (the one that in description says something like: "Failure to take as prescribed may result into 18 years of responsibility"). Wesp's patch made it unable to be sold, though; one of the many changes this update brought to the original game.

Car stereos can be sold at a nice price, watches at an even nicer (especially the fancy ones), normal pills and morphine can be sold (you need 1 for Mercurio, though...) and the purse, wasn't even in the original at all (i think). VV's photo can be sold highly, but is a nice memento... You get it if you follow her orders, be kind, servile and good boy around her.

What kind of messed up world has people so hard up that they have to buy orthtricyclen at a pawn shop? And in the U.S. we just had a huge debate about how OUR health insurance was bad now! ;)

This is just plain wrong! The antipregnancy drug sold for 30 $ and can still be sold in the patch, nothing was changed there. Maybe you are mistaken this for the Viagra pills, which can not be sold anymore because you need them for the new quest from Trip...
