To me its still 10.8

1. I could use guns ... really hard now, with this I think its called kickback ? I lose like half the ammo before I manage to compensate.

2. The pestilence final boss in Downtown wasnt this overpowered yet.

I don't remember changing anything about these issues, can you elaborate please?

I really explained all about the kickback ? It was made much harder to aim, especially on larger distances.

And the final pestilence boss in Downtown didnt use Celerity before, didnt move around so fast, and I think he never attacked with melee before either.

I only changed the kickback for the Mac-10 and the .38, I didn't touch any of the other firearms. Yes, I gave Bishop Vick a knife for melee attacks but everything else was already done by Troika.
