Am in Nocturne theatre and AI is diabled on loading the zone. Now the police do not patrol making it impossible to complete the quest. Any ideas?

Nuclearwax: Am in Nocturne theatre and AI is diabled on loading the zone. Now the police do not patrol making it impossible to complete the quest. Any ideas?

Just reload from an earlier save. The AI nodes are build only once and afterwards everything should work fine...
