I bought the game yesterday, and twice so far I have had items "disappear" from my inventory. Once was various materials while I was in town (some rope, gems, I don't remember everything that went missing.) The second time was all of my medical supplies while in a dungeon, which was a pretty big problem.

The items don't visually appear in my inventory, can't be selected or used, but do appear to count towards my weight limit in the case of materials. The only way I have found to fix this is to close the game entirely and launch it again, at which point the items reappear in my inventory.

Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a more permanent solution than restarting the game? It's not fun when you need to heal and your inventory has gone AWOL.

I am experiencing the same issue : I can't find any healing items in my inventory, but they do count as carried weight.

I guess I will start a new game.

Apparently exiting the game and reloading it seems to solve the issue. Which is not very practical depending when it happens.
