The middle mouse button does NOT work as usual for me.
I say as usual because I rarely remember it working on any game, any installation over the last 2 decades.
So I start the game/map and I see everything from sea level without being able to rotate/alter the camera angle vertically.
Makes the game for me impossible to play.
In the game's options there is no keyboard shortcut.
