I've seen some links posted to updated renderers for UT99 posted here, and elsewhere, however it seems the links are all dead (Mindspring/Earthlink).
Are these renderers still hosted anywhere? I'd like to get my hands on them.

Yes, mindspring currently has some issues with the host, but should be up again soon. But no date is set. In the meantime you can get the renderers from this page:
