There is a slight problem though it appears you have lots of custom mutators, skins and maps and stuff as does pretty much every UT server however you aren't using redirection so it takes forever to download all the packages.

But if you setup redirection then it will make downloads much faster, and chances are everything you want is already on here because there is a ludicrous amount of stuff on this redirect. Here is all you need to know to setup redirection.
