Also, when I use hardware rendering of UT it hangs at a black screen for idk 1 - 5 (estimate) before going through to the main menu...? I have a nvidia card
Anyway UT isn't powered by gamespy, but it used to host one of the master servers for UT but the original epic games master server is still running. I had really bad slow downs at the start initially. I think I changed a sound option and it fixed it.
