Dear,

I bought the unreal tournament 2004 game through the GOG site but the internet tab for online games is not enabled I can only view local servers.
What can be done to make the internet tab the ability to access servers?

E-mail the support to get a unique multiplayer key. Once you recieved and applied it you should be able to access online servers.

Dude, DO you believe that?
The tech guy "said" that my request #222393 was solved,but the guy didn't anything...

Have you checked if that email had any attachments?

Edit: BTW, I'm not sure if your personal cd-key is required to see online games. I may be wrong, but I think it may be something else that's preventing you from accessing online multiplayer.

Try the game again! Check the "more" menu on the game's card!

Open the UT2004.ini and add this block:

[FireWall]
IgnoreSP2=1

anywhere before the [Core.System] block.

That should solve the server problem.
