My mouse moves a little bit sluggishly. Mouse Smoothing is not enabled! In other Games she functions flawlessly!?!? Vsync is not enabled.

I have the same problem, expained here: http://www.gog.com/en/forum/unreal_series/mouse_acceleration_in_unreal/perm=4/#p_b_4
I haven't tried installing the pach found here http://www.gog.com/en/forum/unreal_series/unreal_patches/_/1 as I haven't really had time playing lately anyway, but I suggest you try that.
