Excuse my incompetency and for possibly using the wrong forum but I am attempting to install Unreal Gold on my mid 2012 iMac running 10.14.5 using Crossover. I have the .exe installer file from GOG but when I try to Run it I get a message that says GOG Galaxy Web Installer requires .NET Framework to proceed. Contact GOG yada yada. Is this not even a GOG thing but a Crossover thing. Thanks for any help.

Instead of clicking big blue button, you should download an offline installer which is below. GOG Galaxy is a client for downloading games, playing them, automatically updating them, for achievements, tracking time played, and so on - similarly to Steam. Offline installer contains only a game and it shouldn't require .NET to install and run Unreal Gold.

Thanks. You're a genius. Worked like a charm. :)

I think that GOG should change naming of offline installers so it's more clear they're simply good old regular game installers, but what can we do.

I assume it's Crossover. You need to install that version of NET Framework in order to proceed.
