Hi everyone!
I bought UT2004 last Saturday and, since then, I've been able to regularly finish very few sessions of gaming.
At some point, without any warning, the screen freezes and, after a couple of seconds, it goes black, while the game begin running again: I can hear the sounds, I can interact (firing, issuing commands, etc.), but in total darkness, I can see nothing.
Now, it's obvious that it must be some video card issue, but I have no idea of how determining what is going on and how to solve it.
My system is old, by today standard, but it's a 2005 rig, so it should be able to run UT2004 without any problem. It's an Athlon 64 3500+, with 1 GB of ram, video card is a Radeon X850XT, Catalyst version 8.38, drivers version 6.14.10; I run the game at high graphics settings and I have only 1.5 GB of HD space left in the drive I use to run the game (may be an issue related to virtual memory?)
So, can anyone help me?
