Good game but not great as Unreal 1.
Perhaps the worst of all unreal games. While it has some creative and visually artistic and inventive levels and planets, there are too many number of issues that take it down.
I did find, altering the walking speed by an (small) increase of 0.1-0.2 greatly helped the enjoyment of it.
It's not that the game is 'bad', but more that there just isn't much to keep you playing.
its just not very memorable.
i don't remember anything bad or annoying about it... but i don't remember much about it at all to be honest...
Sure, Unreal 2 is not a highlight, there is something bland or lackluster about it compared to the other games of the franchise. However, I've been fond of it among other things because it has a beautiful visual style, and great music. The slow walking speed is indeed irritating and I'm glad to read it can be fixed. Feel free to contact me if you have any practical questions about the game as I return to the game from time to time and like to fiddle with all kinds of settings as well.
