I enjoyed this game a lot some years back. It's fairly easy to progress through the game, but not too easy. There's enough variety to keep things interesting most of the time. Some humor and twists as well. The graphics aren't bad and it should play well on almost any recent laptop or PC (I played on an Nvidia GeForce 7600 originally which was fine).
It's mild fair by today's standards, but for $10 DRM free, it's a deal. I still have my original, boxed set or I'd buy it in a second. Might anyway, at some point, just to support GOG. I really like what they're doing here and wish them much success. And if you travel much, it's convenient to be able to download a game and install whenever you want. Play it for awhile and then uninstall. It will be there in your GOG acct. whenever you need it. (Of course, I keep copies stored safely away at home as well.)
If you never played the Unreal games and you like the "classic" style FPS games, this is well worth the price of admission. Heck, a movie cost $10 and you'll get a lot more entertainment out of this game than you will from most movies. Thumbs up!
