GOG doesn't work weekends so if you requested it friday chances are they didn't have time to get to it. I would imagine they would send your key out either later today or sometime tomorrow though.
As for UT2k4 thought I haven't confirmed this myself I've been told from people that have played that the CD key doesn't even matter anymore for online play. Apparently you can go online and won't have any problems.
yes, I know that, but I need unique cd key for competiton purposes, competitive sites like esl, clabase, etc. require unique game GUID to play on ladders and cups, and becouse that I can't enter this guid that is owned by all people who bought the game on gog.com, becouse tommorow some of them can turn on cheats, get banned, and they would be linked to my profile on that sites, so I would get banned too. So, I need the key, not for online play, it works this way, but for competitive play. Thanks for info anyway...
With UT2004 you can set up your UT Stats account username and password. It doesn't matter whether you use someone else's copy or in this case a CD key that is shared by all GOG purchasers, as each person has their own UT Stats account if they choose to set one up. That is used to track your stats, not the CD key.
Recently on GOG there was a UT2004 server hosted by GOG, but if you go to the UT Stats site then it'll show the stats for your player, not everyone's.
Can you check that what you are after is what you think it is?
I may be wrong, but I would expect player IDs to be banned, not CD keys, what with how all keys are now valid for the game.

When I contacted Gog about my ut2k4 key they took around 2-3 days at most to reply and send me my key. They have good customer iteraction, they'll send you your key, dont worry. : )

Yes, you are wrong, cd key is only important on ut2k4, becouse cd key generates Game Unique ID, which is required on competitive gaming sites. UT stats username and pass are just for in game stats recording on epic games site, you can change hundreds of those if you want to. So that's why unique cd-key is important.
