We did play Unrealy Tournament years ago and did have much fun it. We esspecily like the modus where all the humans did play against the bot.

I'm wondering if there are still any mods out there, that would allow us to do that? Maybe even playing cooperative?

I'm not aware of any, but doesn't mean they don't exist. have you tried searching/browsing ModDB?

Well you can manually specify the teams bots go on and turn off auto rebalancing and allow uneven teams or you can use this mod (I haven't actually tested it but hopefully it should work)
