GOG.com got almost the entire Unreal series here other then the last one in the series - Unreal Tournament III ? Any chance of getting Unreal Tournament III here at GOG in near future ? I already ot the DRM free version from Gamersgate, but a GOG version would be nice and I will be happy to buy a third copy from here to support GOG.

Is it? It was released in 2007, same year as new GOG entry Assassin's Creed 1. It'd be a perfect entry, especially to have it pre-patched.

Actually pre-patched DRM free installer can be obtained from the Gamersgate Digital Download version. I know it cause I own the GamersGate version myself - its pre-patched to the latest version and DRM free. But a gog.com version would indeed be very nice.

UT 3 is already DRM free, after you enter the CD key the games works just fine offline so there's so reason why GOG shouldn't get it and complete the series. I don't think UT3 is anywhere near as good as 2004 or 1999 though :P

You can install and run the game offline, but it will not save your control settings, player settings, or campaign progress unless you log into Epic's servers.

Edit: there's a fix that involves alt-tabbing out of the game and setting your save file to "Read-Only" so the game can't erase your file. Still, geez, if Age of Wonders 3 garners DRM outrage UT3 would bring out the torches and pitchforks!

LAUGHING OUT LOUD! and yes that was needed. Actually there is a better work around were you create a text file with a name and change the extension and then you'll have an offline profile to which you can save your game. But its' inconvenient and not worth it in the end. My point is, I don't think anyone would actually want to play UT3 over the older games. Even with higher res texture and polygons the games looks like crap. UT99 actually looks better then UT3. UT3 was butchered by consoles.
