I'm not sure the developers are monitoring this forum but here goes.

After playing a bit in chapter 3, and completing some tasks (eg. I developed the pictures), I saved and continued the next day, and the dialogue options of everyone I had talked to had been reset. For example, I could talk to Helliwell about the film again and she gave me a new copy of it, even though I had the negatives. I could also pick up the Amber Smith poster even though i had already shown it to people.

Ultimately it was not game breaking, as I continued onto chapter 4, but now I have some items that I can't get rid of, and it was very confusing. I am also afraid that the data corruption could cause some problem down the line and I won't be able to finish the game.
