Hey, figure I'd start a thread for anyone out there playing UnEpic and wanting to get into some multiplayer.
The way multiplayer is set up in UnEpic is a bit unsettling, because unless you're playing direct LAN (have another computer in your house or playing with a friend you know locally), you'll have to more or less schedule a time to go online and group up with people in order to play. Which, not everyone checks GOG 'all. the. time.' SO!
I'd really like to get some multiplayer going on this game with some fellow GOG'ers. If you'd like to join, leave a reply here to let people know you're actively playing the game, and from there we can schedule a time to meet and play I suppose?
I would say you could leave your IP address (since it's needed in order to play), but that's a bit intrusive and could lead to hacking or something? Possibly? I don't know. We can discuss IP in PMs so information isn't out in the open.
Furthermore, the easiest way to find your IP address in Windows is to:
Click Start (or use Search in Win8?) and type cmd, press enter.
Type ipconfig, press enter
The IP address you'll want to use will be listed next to 'IPv4 Address'
Big thanks to franfistro for that information :)
