Is there a way to disable controller support? I can't map certain keys the way I wan them with the in-game controller support so I'd like to go back to using joy2key.

I also prefer Joy2Key over the built-in suppoort, for improved control mapping
Just go into options->gameplay and clear the "enable controller managament" option... if you go back to the controls page, It should revert to a keyboard only setup.
