I just purchased the game and can't seem to get it to run at all. I start the game and get UAC warning. It says it cannot find the system32\cmd.exe file. Anyone else having this issue?

On the contrary, it was Greenlit by Steam... anyway:

did you try runnin with admin priviledge like suggested in the above thread?
also, did you try NOT to install it into "Program Files" folder (in case you did the 1st time)?

Update my cata drivers to 13.5 beta with caps and it worked.
