With the current update, the game got an Age option during first launch (12+/16+). However, if you like to change this option after that, here is the details.
In the game folder, open the file config.cfg with your notepad. search for "children". You should find this:
<children>1</children> - if current option is 12+
<children>0</children> - if current option is 16+
Change 1 to 0 (or vice versa), save the file and that's it.
