Hello,
I played a psy monk at the end of the alpha and decided after a while to try an hammer build.
I'm thinking about this:

----------------------------------
1) low str, hard to kill, good crits, decent initiative
---------------------------------
Strength: 11
Dex: 6 (for cheap shots)
Agi: 7 (for sprint, hit and run)
Const: 10 (thick skull)
Perc: 3
Will: 3
Int: 6 (for armor slopping, weapon smith)

Feat:
CRAFT: armor slopping, weapon smith
MOUVEMENT: sprint, hit and run
DAMAGE: super slam, expertise
CRITICAL: recklessness, heavyweight, cheap shots, critical power
BUFF/DEBUFF: expose weakness, conditionning, juggernaut, nimble or thick skull
----------------------------------

But strength is a bit low and since I raise dex to 6 only for cheap shots, if I don't take cheap shots and thick skull I can use balor hammer and do this:

----------------------------------
2) balor hammer, very good strength, no cheap shots for ctits, not enough const for thick skull, very bad initiative
----------------------------------
Strength: 16
Dex: 3
Agi: 7 (for sprint, hit and run)
Const: 8
Perc: 3
Will: 3
Int: 6 (for armor slopping, weapon smith)
----------------------------------

Or something like this, some decent strenght + cheap shots, probably what i will used as it looks more balanced.
I wonder if 2points in str is worth it to lose 2 const + thick skull, but i'm worried only 11 str is going to be bad with miss chances.

----------------------------------
3) decent str, not enough const for thick skull, decent initiative, overrall very good damage and crits.
----------------------------------
Strength: 13
Dex: 6 (cheap shots)
Agi: 7 (for sprint, hit and run)
Const: 8
Perc: 3
Will: 3
Int: 6 (for armor slopping, weapon smith)
----------------------------------

Finally here with my question, is it worth it to do a critical build without cheap shots?
I don't understand heavyweight and critical power, it says you add your armor penalty to you critical damage bonus. Does it means it will benefit to critical power %damage bonus, or is it just a flat number added after, and then there is no use to take critical power in the 2nd build either.

Thanks.
