I'm currently doing the " GMS expedition" quest for Gorsky, but when I kill the Raider Leader on Level 3: Commons, the game immediately crashes. I have not been able to find anything on this, maybe my google fu is not as strong today.
Any ideas?

did you accept the quest from the people there who want rescued?

I didn't. Could it be that because I didn't talk to those people that the game comes into an invalid state when i kill the raiders?

After looking around a bit more, I found out that people have had problems with their XNA install and Windows Media Player. I have followed the recommended steps, still doesn't work.

Then I ran the game with DebugView v4.81 allong for the ride and it seams that I was wrong about the leader. As far as I can tell, it crashes whenever all the raiders are dead. Here is the last line from DebugView

[1988] Underrail (Ouroboros) - Information - 40000 : [Timelapse Vertigo] - Global property changed: 'gms_l3_allRaidersDead' = 'True'

Okay, I figured it out. The crash happens if you kill the old man in the first room with the ladder. This should be fixed with the upcomming patch, or so I have read.

I was going to go on to say that styg is really on top of the game and if there is an error like that it should be getting worked out ASAP if they're made aware of it and to just be patient
