Hello Henl3y,
I had a bug on the challenges leading to the first colleague. When I failed the challenge, the screen stayed black and I had to go for the menu to get back to the map, and then try the challenge again.

Thanks for finding this, we will get her fixed up. Not in the next patch, but perhaps the one following.
