I'm curious as to wether the environments are procedurally generated or hand-crafted. I prefer the former as I like to play the tar out of games. Just curious.

The world in Undead Horde is hand crafted. Enemy spawns are generated so those will be altered in the he NG+ mode after the first playthrough.
