I own the complete game and all DLC's on Steam. I was going to buy it here also. That is, until I noticed GOG doesn't have the Taupo Lake, Aquarium, or Florida DLC.

WHY not ?

So, there is no possible way to purchase the COMPLETE game here on GOG.

Might as well remove the game completely from the store then.
