Does anyone have any fishing suggestions for the locations and gear for the following fish for the new Japan DLC?

Giant Barb, Spotted Sea Trout, Tench and Wakasagi?

I did come across one guide but the suggestions it gives are not working.

I've caught everything but the Giant Barb so if anyone has any ideas?

I only bought this last week.
A really beautiful map, I wish I could walk closer to some of the houses :/
