Is it possible to play this game on full screen?

It runs in DOSBox, so... Alt-Enter? Or do you have some kind of resolution/aspect ratio issue?

I know it's ALT+Enter. Every time I do that there's a HUGE delay. Even when I start the game, it's all black. I have to press the windows button to escape full screen and play in a minimized window. I see people on YT play this in full screen. I wonder what's wrong?

Hmm... it runs okay for me with default settings (on Win7, with admin rights). Have you tried playing with the Graphic Mode Setup utility? "Overlay" mode worked fine.

I had this problem until I switched that to DDraw. Once I did that, worked fine for me.

What is Graphic Mode Setup Utility?

There should be a shortcut for it in the Start menu, along with the game's main shortcut. The file is in the game's directory, but it insists on being launched from the Start menu for some reason.

The Graphic Mode Setup program is not unique to each game so needs to receive a parameter to know which game is being configured; the version 2.0 installers (and newer) also put a usable shortcut in the installation folder which has the necessary parameter.
