Both Ultima 4 & 7 appear as "Updated" on my list. Does this mean I should redownload/ reinstall the games? How do I know if I have the Updated version? What were the updates? Where do I look to find that info?

There was some stuff added to the games (reference cards etc.). I doubt there is anything else.

Whenever we add new content or update existing content, you'll see the word "NEW" in a red box around the content that has been added or updated. So if you don't see that word next to the link for the installer then there's no need to download the entire installer. I hope this helps.
