I stopped in Paws on my way to Britannia and am trying to complete the Serpent's Venom theft quest and have gotten stuck. I got the key hidden under the bucket, opened the door to the empty house, found the second key and opened the chest. I've talked to everybody I can find, but I can't seem to progress.

People keep telling me about Tobias and Camille but I can't find them. I know they're supposed to be in the house north of the Fellowship shelter but they're not around. Also, I checked a walkthrough and it says I'm supposed to ask Morfin about the
ledger I found in ethe empty house, but I don't have a conversation option to do that. And what I found was a scroll with some message about gargoyles anyway, not a ledger. Can anybody help?

They are often working out in the fields just outside their house to the West. It can be a bit of a pain to track them down sometimes.

Yeah, both of them are in the field. There's a bug in that quest too – make sure you don't turn in the quest to the person who gave it to you before you make the culprit confess. Otherwise you won't see any new dialogue options.
