It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I'm playing Ultima VII in Exult and have encountered a problem: I seem to have misplaced one of the talismans (talismen?) and can't for the life of me figure out where it is. The Exult cheat menu omits the "create item" command, which should have been the best option to fix the mistake with relative ease. Is there another way to recover a missing quest item in Exult without searching all of Britannia? Exult saves don't work when running the game through DOSBox, so that's unfortunately not an option.
You mean the 4 talismans you find on the Isle of Fire? (Or, well, technically you only find 3.)

In-game (Exult), you need to press Control and B. You'll enter the shape browser.
Then you can use Page Up and Down to quickly go through the shapes. Use the up and down arrow for single numbers.
You need to find shape 955.

When you get to shape 955, use the left and right arrows to browse through the frames.
Frames 8-11 seem to be the talismans, but one of the blue ones is the fake one. You'll have to try both if you're missing the blue one.
If you're missing the red or yellow one, only one of each, so can't miss it.

After you have the shape selected in the shape browser, press Escape.
You can then press 'Insert', and the object will be dropped at your feet.

Thanks a bundle! I'll give it a try as soon as I fire the game back up.
It worked! Thanks again!
You're welcome. :)
