I just installed the package with both games. When I run the Black Gate it runs runs the DOSBox window, the screen goes black, and then I'm back to my desktop with no error. When I launch Serpent Isle, the cut scene comes on, but if I press Esc to bypass it, it crashes to the desktop with no message. Anyone else have this problem?

The usually working fixes:

* Run the game as administrator
* Run graphics mode setup and try different settings. Note that you must start the setup program using start menu shortcut, running the executable directly won't work correctly.

For the graphics mode, you should try ddraw output (change it either with graphics mode setup program, or modifying file dosboxULTIMAxxx.conf in game installation directory. There is line output=surface. Change it to output=ddraw
