Help please i killed gargoyles but one with wings ran away flying past some mountain then i entered the shrine portal and now im stuck in a room with two blue portals that bring me in this same room no matter what i do, am i stuck forever?

I'm guessing that the room you're in is the Shrine of Spirituality. The moongates will keep taking you to the same place until the phase of the moon changes. You can just hold spacebar to pass your turns for a while until it does, and then try the portal again.

Or you could cast Kal Lor (help).

Or you could use your Orb of the Moons.

Or you could switch to another party member (by pressing their number) and have them attack you until you die.
