Mario and Aleyn, the two NPCs who are supposed to be locked in the stocks in Yew are not there. I have left and returned several times.
I had a similar situation in Iolo's Hut. Smith was not there to begin with but appeared when I returned.
Has anyone else had this problem?

the thing with Smith is supposed to happen at least all versions i have played have been that way
as for the peoples in the stocks i havnt noticed anything
