I finally got in the prison after killing Tyball, but these NPCs are missing:

- Fintor
- Dantes
- Kallistan

Also the Troll Jailor is missing.

Any ideas?

I think you are supposed to talk to them before killing Tyball. After that I guess they escaped.

Ah well, why would only some of the prisoners escape but not the other ones?

I cheated in a crystal shard to solve the problem.

From memory there's actually a back way into those catacombs which the crystal shard opens. It opens out onto the central lava area somewhere.

Nope. All the other ways were blocked and could only be accessed from secret doors that opened from within only.
