A new kickstarter has been opened up for Underworld Ascendant.
Even though copyright issues prevent the use of the Ultima title it is being made by a good number of the original developers for Underworld 1 and 2. It is by all accounts going to be Underworld 3.

Edit: Per the kickstarter page there will be and DRM free version and a Steam version. While it doesn't specifically say Good Old Games it highly likely it will show up here.
