Using a Razer Naga and most current Razer drivers and the mouse pointer is not working correctly in Ultima Underworld 1. Movement seems sporadic and diagonal movements do not work very well at all. Any thoughts? All my other Dosbox based games work fine.

Increase mouse sensitivty in the dosboxULTIMA1.conf file. The field name is just "sensitivity". I had to increase it to 250 for the mouse to work well.
