Me again.
I managed to sort my previous dungeon issue in Minoc but am no totally stumped on Valoria.
I have found the Demonology book, I know where the pentagrams are and where to fight, convinced Lord Astor to join me, but absolutely no luck from Lambert.
I can see the ghost of his dead brother next to him and assumed I could interect with him but nothing happens when I click.
Lambert keeps repeating that he doesn't have the skills needed and won't come with me. I gave him his brother's shield but not sure what else to do...
Any hints?

You needed to kill a red dragon for him, then bring him the shield and talk about his brother, he would still denie to help you but once you're Avatar plans the attack against the Demon Triumvirate he should be convinced by the spirit of his brother.

So..if you allready killed the dragon and are planning the attack...it might be some kind of bug.

Yes I have been to Destard. I killed the dragon, I found his brother's shield and gave it to him, I convinced the other guy, I can see ghost brother...
Just no interaction from the ghost and Lambert keeps telling me he is not good enough to fight the dragon.

I have a previous saved game so will try again.
I gave him the shield prior to him talking about his brother so will try to interact with him without shield first see if that makes a difference.

if it is a bug it is so frustrating- gane-stopping! I also can't get the fire lit to get the boat back so am fully stuck on Valoria.... the most boring island in Britain.

UPDATE
Have started from previous save and it is now working... Off to kill the demon.
