So, I've played an hour of ultima ix with the 1.19 patch and the dialogue patch, but the names of the items dont pop up when i mouse over them, making it hard for me to figure out what each item is. Is there an option to enable this or did one of the mods mess it up.

From memory, you need to hold the "x" key for the item name popups to show.
