Hi everyone, I just bought the Ultima IX Ascension game and it doesn't work, just crashes at startup. I'm playing on my Samsung NC-NP10 netbook (Intel® Atom™ processor N270 1.6GHz, Intel® 945GSE 128MB Integrated Graphics, 1GB DDR2 Memory). I've installed nGlide 1.01 and OpenAL hoping that will work, but it didn't. So can anyone help me please to get it running?

You may try to switch it to DirectX rendering.

Find the lines

; 2 = D3D, 3 = Glide
Game Rasterizer=2

in the file "Options.ini", and if you have a 3 here, change it to 2. Had the same problem, and this is how I solved it.

How is this working for people??? I have tried switching to D3D and it just crashes on load. How can this be fixed? I'm using GOG version. Only Glide works and it looks stretched.
