I am experiencing complete crashes to desktop in Valoria while playing Ultima IX. No specific actions seem to cause this and they're completely at random. It's rendered the game unplayable at this point. It has crashed in other areas of the game, but very infrequently and at random. Valoria crashes 100% of the time, everywhere, always....

Has anyone else experienced this specifically to Valoria? If so, what can I do to remedy this? There must be some fan patches, or a possible fix to continue playing the game. I would hate for this to be a complete game killer, since Valoria is part of the main plot and cannot be skipped...

You might want to check out this site. They've done some major fixes, and I believe this is one of them.
