Is there a way to move "too heavy" things with some spell or something? I can move smaller things without putting them in the inventory, but would like to arrange my house beter.

You can use the 'hack mover' cheat to move literally anything.
Keep in mind that landscape objects like walls and trees will be moved back to their old spot after you leave the area.
