Hey guys,

I keep encountering a problem in Ultima 8 where I'll try to take something out of a chest and then it won't let me put it in my backpack.

Once this happens, I can remove things from my backpack to the ground but can't pick them back up again at all.

Any ideas?

Yes. Sometimes the carry-system freaks out and states you cannot carry anymore, and everything that has a weight of more than zreo cannot be picked up again.

It could also be that you are in an environment which hat no space to move the items, so the "cannot move" cursor would appear at all times when trying to move.

If not already tried, try to put things in a bag that is on the ground and then pick that bag up. May or may not work.
